Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Accounting Clerk to oversee daily office functions while providing essential accounting support. This dual-role position is critical to maintain efficient administrative and financial operations in our fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the Company Controller and play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows, accurate financial records, and a productive office setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Office Management: o Manage day-to-day office operations, including coordinating supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing company events.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating HR-related administrative duties.
Accounting Clerk Duties:
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial reports, maintain accurate ledgers, and assist with payroll processing.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including data entry and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Controller on audits, tax preparations, and financial analysis as needed.
  • Utilize accounting software to generate reports and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in office management and accounting roles.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic financial principles and office management best practices.
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Company Controller.
Pay Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year based on experience plus benefits and Paid Time Off.
The successful job applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
