Touching Hearts at Home's mission is to provide experienced Home Health Care to adults and seniors to preserve their quality of life and remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible. Our trained caregivers provide non-medical in-home care services and companionship for older adults, seniors, and people with medical conditions and/or disabilities. From Dementia Care to Respite Care, we will help your loved ones wherever it is that they call home. Through sharing, caring, and helping, we strive to give peace-of-mind to both our clients and their families.

Our services are provided from just a few hours per visit, to 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
