    ProActive was formed in 2012 by Pam Burns and has been helping individuals and small businesses plan for taxes and other concerns for over 10 years now. Pam retired in 2022 but Tom Porter (who joined ProActive in 2014) and the rest of the ProActive Team continue to advise clients every day on tax issues, accounting best practices and financial preparedness.
