WAREHOUSE INVENTORY CLERK

• Pay: $17 - $20/hr DOE + Benefits

Responsibilities:

Accuracy is key for this warehouse. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of inventory—from unloading trucks to fulfilling complex Bills of Materials (BOMs)—ensuring the team has exactly what they need, when they need it.

- Inventory Control: Receive shipments, unload trucks, and perform routine adjustments to ensure 100% stock accuracy

- Operations Support: Fulfill internal work orders and BOMs; conduct monthly counts and report discrepancies immediately

- Preparation: Prepare, package, and label materials for internal use and job-related needs

- Warehouse Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment while following all PPE and safety protocols

Skills:

- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; ability to learn Costpoint and RFgen systems

- Additional Skills: Able to read/understand Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Product Data Sheets (PDS); strong verbal and written communication skills

- Environment: Comfort working in warehouse and outdoor elements, around loud noise and machinery, and wearing appropriate work attire including work boots and PPE

Qualifications:

- Experience: Prior materials handling or warehouse inventory experience; construction materials knowledge is a plus

- Education: Associate Degree preferred; Bachelor degree a plus

- Certifications: OSHA 10, First Aid, and CPR; must be able to obtain Hazmat certs
