Gainesville, Fla. — The West End Tavern has opened their doors at Tioga Town Center. West End Tavern is a locally owned & operated bar and restaurant serving delicious food and drinks, in addition to entertainment. They’re located at 140 SW 128th Street Suite B, Newberry, FL 32669.

With over 20 years in the industry, opening a local, community-based spot where residents could gather and make memories was always a long-term passion and goal for West End Tavern Owner, Tate Marbles. As a former Tioga Town Center resident himself, Tate knew it was the perfect fit the moment the opportunity arose. The newly renovated West End Tavern features a fresh atmosphere, an updated selection of beverages, and a new assortment of hand-crafted dishes.

West End Tavern’s selective variety of beer offerings ranges anywhere from IPA’s to Hefeweizens, Flemish Sours, to Classic Ales, and more. They also offer seltzers, ciders, wines, and non-alcoholic beverage options. Their new food menu features choices for all preferences, while nodding to old favorites. Dishes include a wide range of appetizers, wings, sandwiches, fresh Tavern Bowls, soups, salads, flatbreads, burgers, and more. Their house specialties feature bar snacks like freshly-fried pork rinds, and crave-worthy viral side dishes like their loaded baked potato salad, as well as desserts such as Crème Brûlée cheesecake. Plus, on weekends, the West End Tavern offers their exclusive brunch food and specialty beverage menu.

West End Tavern at Tioga will also showcase live music, games like the newly added Golden Tee and TouchTunes, entertainment, and weekly recurring events like Trivia on both Tuesdays and Thursdays each and every week. Just in time for football season, West End Tavern also showcases the best in sports entertainment year-round, regardless of the sport or season! Their community-based approach, and focus on overall experience are differentiators for the West End Tavern team. The Tavern at Tioga is open Sunday – Thursday from 11am to 10 pm, and on Friday & Saturday from 11am to 12 am.
