Quality DesignWorks Appoints Heather Nazworth Stephens, AKBD, as President
Second-generation leadership expands across the Nazworth family of companies following Preston Nazworth’s 2024 appointment as President of Quality Plumbing

Gainesville, FL — September 18, 2025 — Quality DesignWorks today announced that Heather Nazworth Stephens has been named President, succeeding Bryan Nazworth, who will continue to serve as Founder in a strategic advisory and brand ambassador role. The move extends the Nazworth family’s second-generation leadership across its sister companies: in January 2024, Preston Nazworth was named President of Quality Plumbing while Bryan became Founder & CEO.  Both companies were founded by Bryan and Angie Nazworth.
A certified Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer (AKBD) since 2017 and member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), Heather has grown with Quality DesignWorks—leading client design, collaborating with field operations, and helping deliver the firm’s “concept-to-completion” design-build experience. She studied Leadership Development and Communication at the University of Florida, and is known for pairing practical space planning with clean, timeless aesthetics.
