Job Description

SALARY: $18.50 - $19.00 Hourly

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited two or four-year college or university; or at a technical school taking college-level courses. Successful completion of a criminal history background investigation is required prior to employment.

Position Summary:

The internship focuses on public sector budgeting, government finance, and community services. Candidates should have a basic understanding of budgeting processes, financial reporting, and fiscal accountability.

Responsibilities include supporting budget preparation and monitoring, as well as analyzing financial information. The role also involves data collection, data entry, and research tasks.

Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of spreadsheets, formulas, and data tracking. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data is essential. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and analyze information effectively.
