MERGE Event Group is seeking a dynamic and creative Production Lead with a strong background in fabrication to join our team. This role is pivotal in bringing event design and creative concepts to life. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to manage the event production process.

About the Role

As a Production Lead, you’ll work closely with the design team to bring the client’s dreams to life. This is a position that requires availability to work evenings and weekends in our creative and collaborative setting.

• Understand the fundamentals of producing an event. You will learn our processes and strategies for a successful event from start to finish.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
• Maintain client satisfaction through professional communication and delivery of exceptional service.
• Ensure all production elements meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure fabrication of creative projects, utilizing a broad understanding of materials and construction techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 55 per week
