Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a crew of service technicians on job sites.
- Ensure all service repairs are performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company safety policies.
- Coordinate with the Service Dept. Mgr. regarding daily schedules, job progress, materials, and client expectations.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine repair needs and priorities.
- Perform hands-on roofing service repairs on a variety of roofing systems (e.g., Shingle, tile, modified bitumen, and membrane system repairs).

- Flashing, vent, penetration, and leak detection/remediation.
- Monitor quality control throughout projects and conduct final inspections.
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials and report any deficiencies.
- Train and mentor less experienced service technicians.
- Document work performed and complete service reports for submission to clients and internal systems.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding work performed, additional repair needs, and general roof system condition.
- Completes inspections, CRM & reports.
- Reports to branch and production leaders.
- Communicate well with customers.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Able to lift 50-100 lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, and operate in outdoor job site
conditions.
- Must be comfortable working in varying weather and physically demanding environments.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3-5 years of roofing repair experience.
- At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of multiple roofing systems and repair practices.
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret work orders, and calculate basic estimates.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record.
