As an Executive Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for:
- Managing full-cycle bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance using advanced accounting software.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Reconciling bank statements, credit accounts, and resolving complex discrepancies related to financial transactions.
- Assisting in the preparation of tax filings, audits, and compliance reports in coordination with senior accountants and external auditors.
- Maintaining and organizing detailed financial records, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with the executive team.
- Liaising with governmental agencies, tax authorities, and financial institutions to facilitate compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Handling client communications regarding financial inquiries, invoicing, and payment reconciliation, as well as making collection calls when necessary.
- Overseeing general administrative duties related to financial operations, including document management, client correspondence, and scheduling.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Accounting, earned in the U.S. or Internationally.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail.
