DESCRIPTION:Get out your cocktail dress or dinner jacket for the Gainesville Woman's Club Laughs Takes a Holiday\, an original radio show set on a cruise ship sailing to Cuba in 1956.\n\n The play\, written by Norman Gilliland and directed by Betty Attie\, features the University of Florida Jazz Band. Doors will open at 6:15 pm on Saturday\, January 30\, with dinner at 7:00\, the play and a silent auction. On Sunday\, January 31\, the doors open at 12:15 pm and enjoy lunch at 1:00 pm followed by the Matinee.  Both the Dinner and the Matinee will be catered by Chef Brothers Custom Catering. And you can join the fun for either performance dressed in your 50's cruise attire. \n\nProceeds will be used for creating learning-scape spaces (e.g.\, gardens\, small animal lookout\, trails\, natural puzzle\, etc.) throughout the Duval Elementary campus that are kid-friendly and promote learning experiences that are naturalistic.
