Touching Hearts at Home - Reducing Falls: Fall Prevention Event – Saturday, September 20

Did you know that falls are one of the leading causes of injury among older adults? The reality is, most falls are preventable.

In recognition of Fall Prevention Month, Touching Hearts at Home has partnered with FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center to host a FREE community event focused on education, support, and practical strategies to help reduce the risk of falls.

Join Touching Hearts at Home on Saturday, September 20 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM at FYZICAL – Gainesville Oaks (4423 NW 6th Place, Suite C)

Event highlights include:

  • Interactive demonstrations and expert advice

  • One-on-one care consultations

  • Tips and tools to help prevent falls

  • Complimentary food and beverages

  • Raffles and giveaways

This is a great opportunity for adults, seniors, caregivers, and family members to learn more about staying safe and independent at home.
