Event Description:
Small businesses make up around 60% of all businesses in the Greater Gainesville region and often share the same struggles. The small business support group is an opportunity for owners of businesses with 25 employees or less to come together and share ideas, best practices, experiences and ask questions in a safe and productive environment. Spaces fill quickly and are limited to 30 attendees.
This month's session will focus on "Integrating AI in the Workplace to Enhance, Not Replace, Employees" led by new Chamber member, David Dasilma with Paid Perceptions. The presentation will help small business owners understand the practical power and applications of AI in the workplace. Attendees will learn how to use AI as a force multiplier, guided by human judgment and oversight, without sacrificing the creativity, ingenuity, and personal value that employees bring to a business.
David Dasilma is an Army veteran and experienced marketing professional who has spent the past three years applying AI to solve real organizational challenges. He is currently pursuing his third master’s degree, this time in AI engineering, and also serves as a Growth and Go-to-Market Advisor for enterprise AI software company QuarqAI.
