Meet the Instructor
Brent Ransom, Founder & CEO of Sawgrass Group, Inc., is a nationally recognized leadership consultant with over 20 years of experience training leaders and organizations across various sectors. He is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP), a Certified Talent Development Professional (CPTD), and holds a Human Resources Analytics Certification from Cornell University.
Brent holds a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Radford University and an Ed.S. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Florida. Under his leadership, Sawgrass Group has served clients in higher education, public safety, government, non-profits, and private industry.
