Event Description:

We’re excited to invite you to Joy’s 14th Annual Arts & Crafts Show — a fun-filled day of handmade treasures, community connection, and meaningful support for ElderCare of Alachua County.

Whether you’re a seasoned crafter, looking to support local artists, or simply want to enjoy a fun day out, there’s something for everyone at Joy’s Annual Craft Show! We’re eager to see the incredible range of products and talents that will be showcased, and we can’t wait to share this day with you.

This beloved annual tradition directly supports ElderCare of Alachua County’s mission to help maximize independence for older adults through:

  • Meals on Wheels – delivering nutritious meals to homebound seniors
  • Al’z Place – adult day care for individuals with memory impairment
  • Low Vision Program – education and support for those with visual impairments
  • Senior Recreation Center – wellness, social, and educational programming
  • Home & Community-Based Services – connecting seniors with vital in-home support

Every purchase, sponsorship, and vendor table helps us continue delivering these critical resources to seniors across our community.

Here are some friendly reminders to help everything go smoothly:

Check-in First: Head to the sign-in table near the entrance to grab your table number.  Doors open at 7 a.m. for setup—come early and claim your spot! We’ll be ready to greet you with a smile!

Showtime: Please be ready to wow our guests by 9 a.m. sharp, when the show officially begins.

$40/space – Entry fee required with or without a table. 
What’s Provided: Each space comes with a 5-foot table and 2 chairs—just bring your creativity and inventory!
*$10 Additional Fee to Request a 6′ Table!

Presentation Matters: All tables need to be covered to show off your handmade treasures in style.
Cash Tips: Be sure to bring enough change for your sales.

  • What’s Provided: Each space includes one 5-foot table and two chairs

  • Optional Upgrade: $10 additional fee to request a 6-foot table
