Free Week of Fitness at B3 Gym

Event Description:
Join us at B3 Gym for a FREE week of group fitness classes, August 25-30!
Whether you’re brand new to fitness or already active, our workouts are designed to meet you where you are. Every session can be scaled up or down, so anyone can jump in and feel successful—no matter your current fitness level.
We keep things fun with a mix of partner and solo workouts, supportive coaching, and an upbeat community that makes showing up something you’ll actually look forward to. Our workouts will include a mixture of cardio exercises, strength training, and bodyweight skills.
