The Department of Housing & Community Development (HCD) is pleased to coordinate a seminar to support the community’s understanding of the City of Gainesville’s development review and building permit processes.
In this seminar, we will share best practices, clarify expectations, and provide clear guidance that supports successful project planning and submission through education and open communication.
